01 · Google access
Access is limited to work the mailbox owner requests.
Flight Deck Email uses Google OAuth permissions to perform specific Gmail operations. It does not make a mailbox public, disclose credentials on this website, or authorize unattended sends.
Organize
Apply or remove Gmail labels and support inbox organization.
Prepare drafts
Compose draft replies for the owner to review and revise.
Approval-gated sending
Send only after the owner approves the exact mailbox, recipients, subject, body, and attachments.
Human control remains final
A draft is never permission to send.
Before any message is sent, the owner is shown the sending mailbox, recipients, subject, body, and attachments. Any change invalidates the approval and requires a new confirmation.
02 · Data handling
Designed for private, accountable operations.
OAuth credentials and mailbox-specific working files are kept in access-controlled locations on the operator’s workstation. Gmail data is accessed only to fulfill authorized requests and is not sold or used for advertising.
