Flight Deck Email

Terms of Service

Last updated August 23, 2026

These terms govern authorized use of Flight Deck Email, operated by Alpha EF2030 LLC.

1. Private and authorized use

Flight Deck Email is a private operations tool. You may connect or direct work on a Google account only when you own the account or have authority from its owner. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access rights and for revoking access when it is no longer needed.

2. Human review and sending

Drafting does not authorize sending. Before a message is sent, the authorized user must review and approve the exact sending mailbox, recipients, subject, body, and attachments. A changed message requires new approval. Flight Deck Email is not designed for autonomous, scheduled, or background sends.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flight Deck Email to:

  • access an account or message without authorization;
  • send spam, deceptive messages, malware, or unlawful content;
  • circumvent Google security controls or service limits; or
  • violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.

4. Google services and third-party systems

The service depends on Google APIs and other integration and AI services. Your use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms. Availability may change when a provider changes its APIs, policies, permissions, or service status.

5. No professional advice

Email summaries, drafts, task suggestions, and other outputs are operational assistance, not legal, medical, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice. The authorized user remains responsible for reviewing outputs and making decisions.

6. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Flight Deck Email is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users should verify important messages, recipients, dates, attachments, and commitments before relying on an output or approving a send.

7. Privacy, suspension, and changes

The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Access may be suspended or removed to protect accounts, comply with law, or address misuse. These terms may be updated as the service changes, with the updated date identifying the current version.

8. Contact and governing law

Questions may be sent to admin@alphaef2030.com. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Arizona, without overriding rights that cannot legally be waived.
