Flight Deck Email

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 23, 2026

This policy explains how Flight Deck Email, operated by Alpha EF2030 LLC, accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data when an authorized mailbox owner uses the service.

1. Scope and operator

Flight Deck Email is a private operations tool, not a public email provider. Alpha EF2030 LLC, Tucson, Arizona, is the operator. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to admin@alphaef2030.com.

2. Google user data we access

After an account owner grants OAuth access, Flight Deck Email may access:

  • Gmail messages, threads, headers, sender and recipient details, subjects, bodies, and attachments;
  • Gmail labels and message organization state;
  • Draft messages created or revised at the owner’s direction; and
  • Message-sending capability, used only after approval of the exact outgoing message.

Flight Deck Email does not ask for a Google password. Authorization occurs through Google OAuth.

3. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide owner-requested functionality, including:

  • searching, reading, and summarizing authorized email;
  • identifying messages that may need a response or follow-up;
  • applying and removing labels or otherwise organizing Gmail;
  • preparing drafts for review; and
  • sending a message only after fresh, message-specific approval.

Flight Deck Email does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or permit autonomous, scheduled, or background sending.

4. Storage, retention, and security

OAuth tokens, mailbox-specific credentials, technical logs, and requested downloads may be stored in access-controlled directories on the operator’s workstation. Credential stores are separated by mailbox to reduce account crossover. The public website does not store Gmail content or OAuth tokens.

Gmail remains stored by Google under the account owner’s Google settings. Local credentials remain until access is revoked or the local credential store is removed. Requested downloads and technical artifacts remain until deleted through the operator’s normal retention and cleanup processes.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Google user data may be processed by Google APIs, local integration software, and the AI service selected by the operator solely to perform requested operations. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect security or legal rights, or with the account owner’s direction.

Flight Deck Email’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Owner control, revocation, and deletion

Account owners may revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account’s third-party access settings. They may also request removal of locally stored credentials and associated local artifacts by emailing admin@alphaef2030.com. Revocation stops new access but does not alter messages already stored in the owner’s Gmail account.

7. Children and changes

Flight Deck Email is intended for authorized business and adult users and is not directed to children. This policy may be updated as the service or its data practices change. The updated date above will identify the current version.
